The first daily meal is breakfast usually between 6 and 7 o´clock.In our country it consist of tea with lemon or milk, cocoa or hot milk or black cafee and slices of bread and butter and cheese or eggs, ham, salam, jam and so on.Around noon we have lunch which is warm and consist of soup, main dish, something to drink and salad or dessert.Most people go to a school, office or factory canteen, but somebody go to a restaurant, buffet, snackbar or buing something at street stalls.
Soaps are vegetable(potato, tomato, pea, bean, carrot, parsley, celery, mushrooms)or meat(beaf, tripe, chicken, hen, goulash and so on).The main dish can be sweet(for example:strawbery or plum dumplinks or pancakes with jam and cream)or meat(beef, pork, veal, mutton, lamb, venison) or fish(carp-especially at Christmas, salmon, trout)or poultry(chicken, hen, duck, turkey, goose) with potatoes, rice, pommefrites, Czech dumplinks or bread.The meat can be roast, grill, boil, bake, stew or dry it in the smoke.We need spices such as garlic, sage, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, curry, pepper, mace,cinnamon, clove, cumin, bay leaf, allspice, ketchup, soya sauce, worchester, sugar, vinegar, mustard, peanuts, onions, flour, semolina and so on).
